WE HAVE PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT AND THANKS TO THIS WE CAN CONDUCT WIDE RANGE OF UNDERWATER WORKS, INCLUDING INDIVIDUAL NEEDS OF OUR CLIENTS.
Company PHU IBF has been dealing with underwater works since it was created. Underwater works are organised and conducted by the group of experienced divers that are supervised by a manager of diving works who has been dealing with underwater works for 17 years. Since 2004, we have conducted many underwater works or private clients, companies and state-run establishments. We have always worked on time and in agreement with our investors’ demands. We co-operate with project offices dealing with hydro technical buildings.

We have the newest equipment to work underwater:

– sucking off pipes, water and air injectors,
– cutting and welding equipment,
– hydraulic saws to cut concrete and wood, hydraulic hammers, keys, drills,
– equipment to excavate objects onto land,
– diving suits and helmets appropriate for work in a chemically dangerous environment,
– photo and video in digital quality.

We work with our own equipment and underwater tools. Thanks to this fact we can at fast and effectively.

We work according to PNN norm 18001:2004 and PNN 18001:2007 which is obligatory according to the law of underwater works enacted 17.October 2003.

HIGHLY QUALLIFIED DIVERS WITH PROFESSIONAL DIVER TITLES ARE QUARANTEE THAT GIVEN WORKS ARE DONE PERFECTLY WELL.
Underwater works belong to specialised ones.
To be well done they require appropriate education, practice and equipment.  The firm PHU IBF has official authorisation allowing us to conduct underwater works on the sea area and on the inland water tracks. Not many companies in Warmia and Mazury region have such and authorisation.

  • inspection, engineering and supervision of hydro technical structures,
  • exploring and excavation works,
  • engineering of water reservoirs,
  • service and maintenance works of equipment and installations situated under a surface of water,
  • cleaning of swimming areas and review, building of piers,
  • underwater concreting, bottom strengthening, sealing up,
  • making film and photo documentation in digital quality,
  • preparation of bathymetric maps and working water reservoirs out - discovering and identification of underwater obstacles,
  • documentation of sunk objects together with stating probable sinking reasons,
  • technical condition estimation of supporting structures (eg. bridge piers),
  • underwater cutting by BROCO method,
  • installation of underwater constructions together with foundation, cutting/drilling of concrete, steel, wooden elements,
  • technical condition estimation of supporting structures (eg. bridge piers),
  • working in a chemically aggressive environment (sewage treatment plants),
  • working in closed reservoirs and areas,
  • dredging and desludging of water reservoirs,
  • laying mattresses, gabions, geofabrics underwater,
  • laying down and reviews of electric cables and pipelines underwater,
  • inspection and service of vessel hulls,
  • service of diving equipment of Poseidon, Sherwood, Scubapro, Beauchat, Atomics, Aquatrics,

  • other hydrotechnical works.
Work of our diving crew is constantly monitored. We carry out emergency underwater works in low visibility conditions and below zero Celsius degrees temperatures (up to -10°C).

According to the law we have certificates for organizing and doing underwater works in accordance with OHSAS 18001:2007 PN-N 18001:2004 norm.

CERTIFICATES::

We realize our underwater works according to the requirements of the law of 17.October 2003 about underwater works (Dz.U. 199 poz.1936) and A Decree of the Infrastructure Minister of 19.May 2004 about security and hygiene during underwater works (Dz.U. 116 poz. 1210).

Since 2004 we have realized tens of various orders as a main contractor and a subcontractor. Works were finished on time, according to projects assumptions and recommendations of investors.
